IT SUCKS TAKING A BREAK
I’ve been out of town for a month, so I haven’t been able to workout consistently and with heavy weight.
That’s my excuse.
But I hate making excuses.
My mind thought I could push through, but my body wouldn’t let me. Is that an excuse?
When does stating the facts become excuses? I’m really curious as to what you guys think.
